Individual or group work?
I work both in person or via online video and happy to work around you and your preference. I work one to one with clients but also regularly run both group therapy or workshops on common problematic areas such as Anxiety, Self – Acceptance, Anger, Stress and Worry. It really is personal preference; some people prefer personal one to one work and others like to feel part of a group to help normalise their experiences. My Anxiety and Anger group sessions and workshops get plenty of interest so please do get in touch if this is of interest to you.
