Who is Jim?
After 20 years working in a fast – paced technical industry, managing, coaching & mentoring people, I retrained in Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT) as I believe that everyone can find the time to pause, reflect and look internally to enable us to be the best version of ourselves. I thoroughly enjoy working with people and helping them work towards their goals. I also have experience of sitting on the client side of the room and therefore completely understand how you may be feeling about starting therapy, after all, I am a human too!
