This often manifests as overwhelming physical and mental exhaustion, persistent low mood, and executive inertia—leaving you feeling completely stuck, frozen, or unable to find the drive to manage daily life.

Using an adapted REBT and CBT framework, we look beneath the surface of this heavy, stuck feeling. We will work together to unpack the internalised, unrealistic demands (“I should be able to handle all of this effortlessly”) that generate deep-seated frustration, anxiety, and shame.
